I have worked with Megan on several occasions and she is always pleasant and professional. She has been my make-up artist for both photo shoots (album promotions, ad campaigns) as well as live events (2010 Grammy awards) and she consistently delivers flawless face, flexibility in design, and ability to try some ideas that I have. In addition, her make-up tools are always clean and sanitary and Megan is just a fun person to be around!! I would recommend her to anyone and will continue to use her in the future.

Megan did makeup on a film I directed. She was super attentive, professional, collaborative, and easy to work with. We met before the shoot, I showed her examples of what I wanted, she brought clip books. She was very specific, asked great questions, took notes and then just showed up and did an amazing job. Megan worked on 10 actors and pulled it all off in the perfect amount of time. Her work is strong and natural and I can’t recommend her enough!

To all brides-to-be, To say Megan is a fantastic makeup artist is a large understatement! She was absolutely incredible from the trial to “The Big Day”. I am not the easiest to please when it comes to my makeup because after all, we women have been doing our own everyday for so many years and we are experts (so we think:). I wanted to feel like a more beautiful version of myself. I was so amazed at how well Megan listened to me and the end result was even better than I had expected! I felt beautiful and special on my wedding day and I give megan all the credit. Not only was the makeup amazing, but it felt fantastic! I was hesitant to try airbrush for the first time, but Megan was right, it was even lighter than the regular stuff and it still gave me the drama I wanted! I have grown to love my millions of freckles, but after having my makeup done many times in past weddings, they have proven to be a problem with other “artists”. Not Megan. For the first time, my makeup experience left me feeling LUCKY to be a redhead with pale skin and freckles! My bridesmaid’s consisted of 5 gorgeous blonde’s and brunette’s that didn’t need much to emphasize their naturally good looks. However, Megan and her assistant did just that. They looked stunning, like they could be in a runway show. The Mother’s in the wedding party looked incredible and it was clear they felt it too! I was beyond impressed with Megan’s work ethic. She was always on time, always quick to email and always eager to do what she clearly love’s doing, bring out the best in people. The whole process was so smooth and easy, she even had champagne! I felt an instant connection with her and it was like having one of my closest girlfriend’s there to do our makeup! I hope those of you considering her will at least do a trial and you will see for yourself how she is so much more than a makeup artist. Her biggest fan, Taylor Metzler (just married 10/9/10) P.S. This isn’t too good to be true, I really was lucky to find her and know someone else will be too!

I’d happily and wholeheartedly recommend Megan. She’s reliable,gentle and thoughtful and does a great make-up job. I gave her less then 24 hours notice and yet she managed to visit me in my home and rather wisely, arrived early which later turned out to be very useful. She made me feel at ease and good about myself and even helped me with my hair even though the hairdo was not part of her job. The people who saw the result of her work all said that the make up looked great and, more importantly, natural.I’d happily make use of her talent and services in the future and am more than happy to recommend her.

Megan did such a great job with my make-up on my wedding day. My wedding had a vintage theme so I asked for “old hollywood glamour” for my make-up. She made my eyes smoky with a pop of red for my lips and accomplished the desired effect with perfect precision. I loved the long but natural looking eyelashes she gave me too! Megan used airbrushing on me per my request, and the make-up felt light and effortless. Not heavy or caky, which is what you don’t want for a hot summer’s day wedding. I could sweat and my make-up didn’t run or get washed off. It was definately worth it going this route. Megan’s professionalism and thoughtfulness were on par too. She kept me and my bridesmaids calm and relaxed and had great suggestions for all of us. And as an extra touch she brought a compilation of music and some bubbly to set the fun mood for the day. I would hire Megan again in a heart beat – not only for weddings but other events. You will be in good hands.
